Settlement of Agha Baygum and her children with Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, 1883
Settlement between Agha Baygum, daughter of the late Muhammad Rahim, and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, son of the late Mirza Muhammad Kazim, exchanging four-sixths of a mill called Aqa Muhammad Rahim Mill, which includes two millstones, for six hundred and sixty tumans and six thousand dinars. Zivar Sultan and Khan‘ali Khan, children of Agha Baygum and the late Haji Riza Khan, then settled their own share of this mill with Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, who paid eight hundred and eighty-nine tumans in total for Agha Baygum's shares and those of her children. Settlement between Mah Sultan Baygum and Haj Mirza Ibrahim Sarraf, 1880
Settlement of Mah Sultan Baygum, wife of Mashhadi Lutfʻali, one of the sons of the late Ustad Mirza [illegible] and the late Khadijah Baygum daughter of Mirza Sayyid ʻAli Shirazi, with Haj Mirza Ibrahim Sarraf, son of Mirza Javad Mubashir, over one house in the Ishaq Bayk neighborhood and half of another house for fifteen tumans. Haj Mirza Ibrahim Sarraf settled the mentioned half of a house with his sister, Fakhri Jan Baygum, on November 8, 1880 for fifteen tumans.

Regarding a settlement between ‘Ali Asghar and his daughter Khadijah, 1891
According to a separate settlement, dated August 16, 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi Baqqal [the grocer], settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. In December 7, 1891, a condition is added that whenever ‘Ali Asghar’s child from his temporary wife reaches adulthood, Khadijah Khanum pays her/him forty tumans.

Mulla Muhammad Riza, Haji ‘Abd Allah, and Aqa Baba Khan, sons of the deceased Aqa Muhammad Baqir, son of Haji Kalb ‘Ali from Khuzan, have settled the twelve tumans of the inheritance; dated August 5, 1853. On verso: the brothers have paid part of their share as khums [one-fifth tithe], setting aside a fraction their sister; dated October 4, 1853.

Regarding a settlement between ‘Ali Asghar and his daughter Khadijah, 1892
According to a separate settlement, dated 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi, settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. Therefore, Ghulam Husayn’s settlement with his paternal aunt, which occurred after the original settlement, is not valid and she may not have any claims on the mentioned farm.
